I am going to be doing my first vendor event next month, so I am publishing this ahead of schedule! No worries, my inventory will all be posted as fast as I can! I'm learning a lot of new things in regards to that so it's taking me time to get it all done in between back to school & planning for the homeschool year (we have one kid in each currently.) I have just under 3 weeks to get everything sorted for the show, so I'll be updating here as I go & on my other socials, be sure to check them out: Tumblr, Insta, & Facebook.

Photo is of my Gramma's tablecloth, one of the only things of hers that she gifted me over the years that I still have. Reminds me to keep going after what brings me joy, because that's where you find your peace. I wish she was here now to see how very much I am living my best life more & more every year! Things keep falling into place as we work towards what we want & don't get too discouraged when the things we throw at the wall don't stick. I've learned that if one thing doesn't work out, another will. You just have to keep following what makes you feel less gloomy about living. I hesitate to say "what brings you happiness" because I'm rarely actually happy, but I am very content with where I'm at; especially when I am doing art & have the time freedom that brings us.

It's still wild to me that I literally just do things for fun & sometimes people pay me to do that (lol!). A few years ago I was working to the point of burnout & past just to make ends barely meet! Now I'm not, & it feels so sudden but it's really a culmination of learning & healing that's slowly been implemented into our lives. Rest is very important to me, being a chronically ill person. So I try to balance things as much as possible, which is why I may at times be closed for commission work, but the banner at the top of this page will always let you know ahead of time. I'm very much just a go with the flow person these past few years. What you see is the result of a lot of behind the scenes stuff I had to learn the hard way! Hopefully I'll be able to share more of my story as we go. I'm looking forward to the community we build here!

Anyways, (yes I'm aware that isn't a grammatically correct word but I will die using it so there's that): I am so excited to be sharing this new chapter with y'all & I'm thankful you're here. To those who've followed from the start, THANK YOU! It really means so much. Life hasn't always been how it is now & I am especially grateful to you for walking the long road with me that it's been to now. Here's to the future! To those who are new & just popping in to check things out, leave a comment on how you found me! Helps me track what's working with the self-promotion. Thank you! I promise I read every comment, I might be delayed in responding due to having a tight schedule but I will get to 'ya & I SO appreciate you! And please keep checking back, new stuff will be up as I get it finished! Everyone who drops by my socials, orders a commission, buys an item, or tells people about my existence is the reason why I have the freedom to pursue things I enjoy. It's not lost on me the privilege that is. MUCH LOVE!

I'm off to be busy, busy, but not too busy.

À demain,

Izzy
